Near the end of December I saw an ad for a January Virtual running challenge and thought it was pretty good motivation to have such a goal, though honestly I was feeling pretty sceptical that I’d actually be able to complete it.

OMG 2022 has zipped by already!
I just realized my spreadsheet had turned the page from 2022 to 2023. I had tallied up how many km’s I had run and the numbers stunned me!
I managed to run 1078 km’s which was 72 km’s more than in 2021.
